Terms of Use
Use of the Voxivera website and its services is subject to the following Terms of Use Agreement. Voxivera reserves the right to update the Terms of Use Agreement at any time without notice. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree to these limitations as set forth.
Contractual Relationship
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access or use by you, an individual, of applications, websites, content, products, and services (the “Services”) made available by Voxivera, a language interpretation and translation Company (“Voxivera”). Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the services. In these Terms, the words “including” and “include” mean “including, but not limited to.” Your access and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and Voxivera. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms expressly supersede prior agreements or arrangements with you. Voxivera may immediately terminate these Terms or any Services with respect to you, or generally cease offering or deny access to the Services or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason. Supplemental terms may apply to certain Services, such as policies for a particular event, activity, or promotion, and such supplemental terms will be disclosed to you in connection with the applicable Service(s). Supplemental terms are in addition to, and shall be deemed a part of, the Terms for the purposes of the applicable Service(s). Supplemental terms shall prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict with respect to the applicable Services. Voxivera may amend the Terms related to the Services from time to time. Amendments will be effective upon Voxivera’s posting of such updated Terms at this location or the amended policies or supplemental terms on the applicable Service(s). Your continued access or use of the Services after such posting constitutes your consent to be bound by the Terms, as amended.
Use of Service
Client represents that the client will not use the Interpreter, Translator, or Language Services in any matter that may violate any applicable statue or government regulation. Client will indemnify, defend, and hold Voxivera, its affiliates, and their respective successors harmless from any claim or action whatsoever arising from the use of Interpreter services in any manner prohibited by this section.
Client agrees that all translation orders approved by its staff are considered billable. Client shall be solely and fully responsible for charges resulting from approved translation orders either approved in Voxivera’s online platforms or by email, whether or not such use is authorized. The client agrees not to disclose translation platform access to other parties unless prior written approval from Voxivera is received.
Use of Content
Use of Voxivera content (documents, whitepapers, graphics, logos, software, forums, polls, etc.) is for informational and non-commercial or personal use only. You may not modify any content, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, post on any network, broadcast in any media, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Services unless expressly permitted by Voxivera. Elements of Voxivera website is protected by trade dress, trademark, unfair competition, and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. Content other than that belonging to Voxivera is licensed or otherwise published by Voxivera with the permission of the owner of the material. All rights in such materials are reserved to the respective owners.
Unlawful or Prohibited Use
As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Voxivera website or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, computer systems, or networks connected to any Voxivera server or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining, or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services.
